"I went to Dr. Weir recently and had a horrible experience! I'm self pay and I asked specifically that they eliminate any extra little costs that might incur during the visit that were not important. They told me it would be 150 to start with and then other costs might get added. Weir had horrible people skills and made me feel stupid for asking certain questions and for looking stuff up on the internet instead of just coming to her. We talked about 20 minutes and then I went out to pay only to discover I was being charged $256 for no real satisfaction during the visit. I asked for an itemized receipt and they couldnt give me one. They said the charges were grouped and it was probably because I was a new patient and they had extra paperwork to do on me. The receptionist could tell i was upset and she stumbled through some more excuses as to why it probably was $256. I paid it and then the next day called the office manager to complain. She said she'd look into the charges and call me back by the end of the week. She never called and its been a few weeks now. ZERO SATISFACTION! LOTS OF MONEY WITH LITTLE ANSWERS. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND LESS ABOUT HELPING PEOPLE AND MAKING THEM FEEL RESPECTED! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!"
