"I went in knowing what I wanted, was an easy sale. Sales person did not give me a realistic timeline of how long it would take to actually receive the appliance in my home. He mentioned something in the range of 2-3 weeks, it will be 9 weeks by the time I receive the appliance. Also, he was not proactive in letting me know when the item came into their warehouse, nor did he call to set up delivery. It was only through my follow up that the scheduling happened. *Updated review* A representative called to follow up and scheduled a delivery date that was much sooner. The delivery service was excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable of product, polite, and clean. I really do appreciate that the customer service rep reached out and that I received good care on this end of the interaction."

"First of all, I went to a smaller company so that I could get better customer service than a place like Home Depot or something. I unfortunately had the opposite experience. I purchased cafe appliances made by GE from them and the day I received my fridge it didn’t function properly. That is not the fault of Mountain high, however, they did nothing to help us resolve the issue. The salesman (Scott) just told me to get ahold of GE. My expectations after spending over $11k on appliances was just a little bit of effort."
