"9 mile round trip to purchase something wasted. Not because it wasn't in stock, but because when I brought up the 30% price differential between the price online vs in-store, instead of matching it I was told if I could look it up on their website (on my phone) they would match it. This despite having computers in-store. The website is practically unnavigable on a phone and people were waiting to check out behind me. I said forget it, went home and looked it up, lo and behold the price I was telling them is online. I'd give them a 1 star rating but no one reads those...believe me they have ZERO customer service skills."
