"They are always so clean and organized. I find what I need sometimes, but it's convenient to come if Walmart doesn't have what I need or vice versa."
"There is no GOOD in there WILL. Because there is no will. Worst thrift stores in Denver. The Salvation Army thrift stores went away because they got GREEDY Pretty soon they will be gone as well."
"This store and all the Goodwills around here have gone up in prices outrageously for used and donated items! I should not have to pay $30 for a ripped/used coat. Also, beware none of the Goodwills are letting you use the changing rooms so you have to purchase to try on. Then you can only return for in store credit. I normally try on a ton of clothes to find exactly what I want and what fits bc it is used. It is essentially a scam in my opinion and a tactic to make people buy a bunch of stuff and then you can only spend that return money at goodwill. I guess I'm done with Goodwill for a while which is unfortunate because I love being thrifty and also environmentally conscious."
"Worst goodwill I have ever been to. The worst customer service and policies. The manager is not nice what so ever. Their dressing rooms are closed, so you can’t try anything on. Thought I could try them on in the car and then return them right away if they didn’t fit. Three pairs of the pants did not fit so I tried to return them and was told I could only get store credit even though I had just bought them. I asked if there was anything they could do since I just purchased them and their rooms were closed. They continued to say no. THEN, the women next to me was also returning something and she looks over and goes “oh my cashier just returned it to my card.” So they can do it, pretty easily actually. Just on customers they pick and choose. Also, afterwards, the associate said the other associate that put it on the card was going to get in trouble and have that amount deducted from his pay. Goodwill has become so greedy and money hungry."
"This is the worst goodwill I have ever been to. The customer service and policies are some of the worst I have seen. Their dressing rooms are closed, so no one is able to try on clothes. I found a few pairs of pants I was on the fence about and thought I could try them on in the car and return the ones I didn’t like. When I tried to return 40$ of merchandise that didn't fit, they told me I could only get store credit, even though I had bought them less than 5 minutes ago. The lady up front was argumentative and the manager was no help. Told me there was no way to put it back on my card. THEN, the woman beside me was returning something as well and turns and goes "oh well my cashier just put it back on my card." So I said “it’s possible then, right?” They continued to say no even though they just did it for someone else. Goodwill is going down hill. Save yourself and don’t go."
