"I seriously don’t know how this place stays in business for so long. My brother turned to me and asked me what the furry entity was that was growing out of the ground next to the make up section. The place is disgusting. stop wasting your money here and maybe they will finally go out of business and build something nicer."

"Store is empty and unorganized. two people were behind the counter neither one said anything when I walked in store and it was completely empty at the time. They were more concerned with their phones and what music was playing opposed to offering good customer service."

"I have been coming to this store for almost 3 years now. I am disabled and have siezures and other medical issues that require me to carry my medications with me in my backpack that I need on me for emergencies. I have never had any issues in the past having my backpack with me in the store. Today on the other hand, I was greeted by a customer service representative yelling at me from a far distance across the whole store to leave my backpack at the front as if I was going to steal something from the store. I mentioned that I have never been asked to leave my backpack with my meds at front of store before in the almost 3 years I have shopped in this store. She then yeeled again at me across the whole store that it is store policy and to deal with it as her associate is apologizing to me for her tone and actions towards me. Admitting that it was not right for the customer service agent to apprach me the way she did by yelling at me across from the store as if I am a homeless, transit individual trying to steal. This was the excuse I was giving anyways from the associates working in the store. I also have fear of public spaces from being a victim of a random act of violence that made me disabled and have siezures and other medical issues that require me to carry medications with me. Do to the way I was treated and profiled, I will be making complaints with corporate and family dollars management team. What she did to me was demoralizing, belittling and down right prejudice towards myself and anyone in my situation. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone."

"I came here for the 1st time as a borrowed employee from another store. The customers aren't too talkative which kinda makes it go by slow when you're an upbeat cheery person. The store has an awesome layout and such great potential. Hopefully they can get some employees hired to make it all that it could be."
