A & E Tire

"Took my 2014 Jayco Class C Motorhome to get an alignment. Received a call from them advising that the alignment was completed, but stated that I needed all the brakes replaced. Provided a quote of $1600.00 that would include replacing the rotors. I deferred this request and made an appointment with Jack's Garage in Sedalia (Douglas CO). Referred from All Star RV. Dropped off the RV at Jack"s after they gave me a quote of $1200.00. Later received a call from "Josh" stating that my brakes were fine and stated that I have enough brakes left for another 30,000 miles. Although A&E did a nice job with my alignment, beware with any up sale on repairs. Thank God there are honest service providers out there. Jack's Garage in Sedalia!!!!"

"Your dinner was acting like a jerk driving down i70. Not letting people merge, tailgating, and overly aggressive in general. Don't know how you can show respect for customers when you can't show respect for the road and other drivers."

"Completely disgusted.. Called today to get tire pricing from a gentleman but was turned off 100% when he started talking about how much better American tires are then Chinese tires, he stated they don’t even sell Chinese tires, etc. I never asked about the race or origin of a tire, I was just trying to get a quote for new tires. I let the gentleman know he sounded completely racist and I would never do business with them. I am just in shock."

"May 18, 2018 Today we’re fixing the previous screw-up and buying 2 new steer tires. It looks like organized chaos at times, but the chief running the shop here has it all under control. Had better pay ‘em workshop dudes some overtime to clean up the mess. It’s a tire shop, a mess they’ll make. Knowledgeable staff with a get ‘er done attitude. February 21, 2018 About the screw-up thing: I bought two sets of Centramatics, only one was installed. Will get that resolved on a next visit. February 20, 2018 Got a new set of 8 drive tires here today. Josh at the front counter set it all up and it was a trouble free experience. They did adjust the alignment and balanced the steer tires. This mob knows what they’re doing and how it’s done. I’ll be the first to whine if they screwed up something. But the wait in that driver’s lounge is akin to torture, and there’s no fixing it."
