"Still haven't heard back about the recall part they had too order."
"My service experience was a mixed bag, I came in for a warranty repair (clockwork spring on a Sorento), they told me it could take a few hours, but when after 5h in their waiting room, I checked in with the service desk to find out that my car service has bee completed within an hour of my getting there. Nobody bothered to tell me the car was ready, and the associate that checked me in was long gone for the day. Mistakes happen, and my Sorento feels like it's falling apart after 120k miles, I also can't sell it anymore because it's uninsurable because of the theft problems associated with it I'm trying to be fair and not take it out on the dealership that I'm constantly back for some repair or other, but it's hard, I now have to replace the front struts on my Sorento. $1000 repair. It's a Kia issue, not a Grand Kia Services issue, but those cars are basically the away once you hit the warranty limit."
