"0 STARS!!! Took my truck in for a check engine light. Dealer stated there were some issues with some wiring chewed on by some rodents. Wire harness and some wires needed to be replaced. I paid a little over $1300 which included an oil change to correct the problems. Picked my truck up and drove not 2 miles from the dealer after it was fixed and the check engine light came back on, this should not happen. The dealer should drive the truck around to verify the light will not come back on before I even make it back home."

"So impressed with the service and communication of Phil Long service, specifically Wayne. As luck would have it, a huge snowstorm hit when my truck was in for service. It was still drivable and Wayne offered me the option of grabbing it during the worst of the storm when I remarked my rental was not as good in the snow. That was huge. And, along with another couple of “customer service” related things, has made me a Phil Long customer going forward. The little things matter still."

"Brought in a used explorer I just bought from Toyota in Boulder. Toyota lied about service they did. Spoke to Casey in service, he was straight up with me, said it be a week before they could look at it, fine no problem. After 2 weeks in the shop(not a problem at all) and an honest service guy, my new used explorer drives absolutely perfect! Thank you for doing what you said you will!"

"I had a great experience with the quick service lane. My vehicle ended up having a severe issue and the the advisors, Chris and Casey, were absolutely amazing. They got the truck in and fixed in very fast time. Further, I had a warranty issue and Patrick from finance went above and beyond to figure out and fix the situation. I was given a loaner car and treated with respect throughout the process. It is evident Phil Long was living up to its customers bill of rights during this process. Thanks!"

"The people who work in the Phil Ford service center are TERRIFIC!! I am from out of state and had an issue with my 2014 Ford Escape. Wayne was AMAZING. He was exceptionally helpful and extremely kind. He was able to get me into the service center quickly. The dedicated technicians who worked on my car were outstanding. I had been told there was a major problem with my car and only someone who had the proper tools could repair it. As is turned out, it was a minor problem. I could have been charged a large amount of money, but these people were honest and I was charged a very reasonable amount for the repair. Wayne kept in contact with me all through the day, letting me know what was going on and what they had found. My car was ready for pick up at the end of the day. SUPER service ... SUPER people (especially Wayne)... SUPER experience. If I lived in Colorado, I would definitely take my vehicle to this service center for any needed repairs."
