"Had a transmission service done on my 2016 GMC. I now have transmission fluid on the outside of my truck on the paint underneath the hood and all over the bottom of my truck !! You can see the technicians oily handprints all over my inside of my door panels and. Very"

"Took my jeep Saturday morning for an oil change. Everything went smooth, by the time I got off my vehicle one of the staff members was already waiting to take my info. The oil change was so fast took about 30 minutes. The lady that helped me was so friendly. Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle."

"I'll add to the terrible reviews. Nothing quick about Quick Lane at Phil Long of Denver regarding an oil change. I stopped in and was told to come back before 10:00 AM the following day, as they were too busy. So I did. Stopped in the following morning at 09:00 and was told I need to bring the vehicle in the next day. I called to speak with Travis, the manager with no returned phone call. I certainly wouldn't recommend this business to anyone."

"Was told on phone today by young lady it would be $200 for just an oil change on my gas powered truck. She said diesel and gas no difference, but the guy when I scheduled said about $75 to $100. The young women said no men schedule here sorry. This place use to be great what happened. Wont go vack at these prices."

"By far the worst service I’ve ever received. Don’t take your vehicle here to be serviced as they do not even replace the oil filter for a $100 oil change. Its worth driving to another Ford Dealership for maintenance because they clearly don’t care about their quality of work. Gets better, I was told my truck was serviced by their senior mechanic… Yikes! No refund as requested only offered for me to bring my truck back in to replace the filter. No thanks! UPDATE: I requested to speak with a manager on the 15th of June and was told by Tomas that they insisted he handle this issue at which he has not. So my request to speak with a manager was denied and I have a voicemail on the 21st of June detailing that from Tomas as well. So clearly your service managers are okay with this level of poor service."
