"Forget the big box stores. Buy your appliances here. You'll get competitive pricing and superior customer service. Very friendly staff and competent. They go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. You won't get nearly as good service elsewhere. I purchased my frig here. Very happy with product and service."
"Thanks for sending me to Ace for a fuse you all didn’t have in stock. Great advice thank you."
"Fantastic service. They do all they can to help. We bought a professional stove and they stored it for two months till we were ready to pick it up."
"My issues with this place started June 25, (54 days ago) with STILL no correspondence back to correctly fix the issue. My fridge in my new home started not cooling correctly so I called to set up an evaluation... the 1st tech didn't show during our scheduled time it was only after I called twice that day to see if he was still coming that he showed up. Was told I needed a computer chip and that would fix it. I ordered and prepaid and was told I would get a phonecall when it came in. 2 weeks later I called after not hearing anything and was told the part was there, but they couldn't get anyone to fix it until July 16th. Made the appt even though it left me without a fridge for 2 more weeks. Received a phone call July 6th saying they could get me in, but I had to meet them right now I had to leave my client and apologize profusely promising her I'd be back by her alloted appt time (I'm a single mom trying to run a business and don't have the luxury to be at home for last min calls) but desperately needing a fridge I rushed home and left the tech there alone to get back to my appt. She was there for maybe 15 min and left according to my security camera. I was told that would fix the problem, but 48 hours later it still wasn't cooling so I called back again. It took me calling several times before the same female tech told me because my fridge was frosted over it wouldn't cool until it was defrosted and then asked if I wanted her to defrost it (not sure why it wasn't done when the new part was put in?) So I had to schedule another appt. She defrosted it and we used my towels to clean the mess up and I was told that would fix the problem, but i needed to order a new flap or else things on the top shelf of the fridge may freeze. Not even 2 weeks later the fridge started not cooling again so I call back several times before the female tech tells me it's going to continue to frost over until the new part is in (even though I was told the new part was only to prevent the fridge's top shelf from freezing) and that it would continuously have to be defrosted. I've called several times over the last 4 weeks with no response back and still do not have a properly working fridge. Super frustrated with the amount of groceries I lost (when i was told it would be fixed) and what I paid on what seems to be a faulty part (and they only warrantee parts for 30 days) I could have bought a new fridge from somewhere else. Communication has been terrible, I was told something different each phone call/ visit and now am not getting my phone calls returned period."
"Well, well, my 36 year old Maytag washer burned up! I called Dependable Maytag in Farmington, to see if they had replacement parts. The part numbers were so old, they weren't even valid anymore! So, I thought it was time for a new machine. Dave told me that we had the 'Holy Grail' of washing machines, making me realize just how lucky we have been to have never had an issue till now. I asked if it was worth fixing, and we decided to try to fix it before buying a new one. Dave was extremely helpful, giving us suggestions as to what was wrong and gave us current part numbers to search for replacements online. We ordered parts online and replaced them ourselves. Still didn't fix the problem, so we called back and Dave suggested we bring the washer to him! We drove the 2+ hours to take the machine to him, and low and behold they were able to fix the washer, and we were able to head back home with it the same day! Thank you Dave and Micha (sp) for being so amazing and helping us! I truly wish we would have just taken the washer to them in the first place, lesson learned! As a comparison, at our other house, we have replaced the washing machine twice since bringing the 'Holy Grail' Maytag to this house. What an awesome washer this one has been. Hoping for another 30 years! LOL!"
