"The installers did a good job however the front salesmen are not honest in my experience. I had a stereo and front/rear dash cams installed for $1000+ and on the day of installation I asked for my steering wheel controls to be wired with the new stereo. I was given a price of some $250 parts and labor and I paid it fair and square. Then I received a phone call that the installer had needed to hardwire the steering controls so that's another $80 for the labor he had done. Okay, fine. When I arrive at the store I pay my additional $80 and now I have paid $330 just for steering wheel controls, so when the installer shows me the work in the car I immediately try the steering wheel controls. They don't work. I ask why the steering wheel controls don't work and the installer says he was not even aware the service was requested. So why was I charged additional labor on top of the $250 parts and labor? He doesn't know why but he apologizes and says he can stay fix the issue and that it won't take him long. I truly appreciate his honesty and customer service, especially because it was near closing time and he stayed after. However I can't help wondering why the salesman called me and charged an additional $80 for the extra labor that was not even done. After all was said and done, the steering wheel control fix took the installer less than 15 minutes. So I'm thinking that the phone call was just to squeeze more money from the already paying customer and no extra labor was required apart from what I originally paid. It's too bad such business tactics are present but beware. It's too bad because the installers were really great here but the salesmen left a foul taste and I won't be returning to this chain."
"Recently purchased a remote start system here and had headlights on the car polished. Whole experience from start to finish was very professional. David the installer went straight into the volvo head first and got the job done flawlessly. Volvos are not cars many will touch at all, David had the confidence to do it anyway. Cosmo, I think the sales manager made adjustments to price for me because someone new had quoted me a bit too low. He didn't have to do that. I am grateful to you guys for making this project happen. Very happy and will always recommend this location to anyone needing their skills and products. Thank You."
"This place is an inept clown show. Did you make an appointment? Yeah, don't count on it. I called this location (Aroura) yesterday to schedule an appointment and was told to come in at 9:00 a.m. today to drop it off, and they would get to it first thing. I arrived this morning right when they opened, as I was told to do, and I was told I was not put down on their schedule. Mind you, this is not for a new install; this is for them to fix what they have already installed. Thankfully, I purchased their warranty (they do honor that at least); otherwise, I'm sure I'd be SOL with that as well. The manager is a joke at this location, unprofessional, and clearly did not care. Rather than apologizing for the mistake, he insults my intelligence since I did not get the employee's name who answered the phone and told me to come in. My advice would be to take your time and money somewhere else that's actually worth it. The Park Meadows location is by far more professional and squared away, if not a different company all around. For the prices they charge, I expect much better quality of service and installation."
"I went in to get a third brake light flasher that I provided installed on my car. The job was explained to me, and completed professionally and for less than the estimated cost. Fully satisfied and highly recommend this store"
