"Terrible Service. My daughter could have a Diabetic Coma because of neglect. I tooked my daughter to Matthews Vu Medical Group in Colorado Springs because she was having trouble breathing. I asked Valerie Beck, MD. to give me an order to do some labs as well because my daughter was loosing a lot of hair and wanted to see everything was ok. I got the order and take her to the lab is that works with them. We had have set up an appointment to see Doctor Valerie next Monday, August 6th 2018 to see what was the results of the test were. My husband took my daughter on Monday at 1 pm and Valerie did not knew what the blood test results throw out because she was not ready for the appointment. My daugther's Blood Glucose was almost 500! as a health facility they should call us as soon the lab found out about that so we could take care of it. Nobody call us to let us know. We ended up taking my daughter to an emergency room at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central where her BG was controlled after my daughter's blood was checked at Matthews VU installations and she was still at almost 500. Nurses and Doctors in UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central were totally amazed we were not called by Matthews vu providers to let us know this as my daughter could get a diabetic coma and her life could be threatened because a very dangerous high blood sugar level. We took her to Barbara Davis Center in Aurora, CO and they were amazed as well and told us it was a neglected move from Matthews Vu providers to let her be that high for almost three days."
