"They advertise on their website same day appointments or next day at latest. I called to make an appointment for being sick and they couldn't get me in for 11 days. In 11days I won't even be sick anymore...sheesh!"
"If there were a way to do zero stars I would. The secretary is a complete B word. They are refusing to send me my medical records after I paid $25.00 for them almost 2 weeks ago and by CO state law that is over charging for medical records. I have been trying to get them for 6 months now and they still have not mailed them. Unfortunately now I have to file a grievance form with my insurance company in hopes that they can help me get my medical records. This is by and far the worst Doctor's office I have ever been to. The doctor is a neurotic nut job who thinks wheat is poisonous and can cause mental illness... They charged my credit card that is on file for the full price of the office TWICE visit AND billed my insurance. They charged a co-pay for a follow up visit to get the results of a pregnancy test. I have NEVER heard of being charged for a follow up appointment. She draws my blood every time I see her for no reason just so she can charge my insurance and have an excuse to charge me. One time it was because my thyroid was off at which point I reminded her I had just had an ultrasound done that declared it normal. The next time it was I had low Vitamin D at which point I told her I drink whole mile, LOADED with Vit D, every day more than once. She is a more of a con artist and less of a doctor."
"Dreadful experience just going into the office and waiting for over an hour with an 80 yr old on oxygen. Very rude staff and extremely rude Dr. Never got as far as an exam, Dr. decided we needed to leave and find another Dr., she was upset over our "extensive" medical records" and the fact that we were upset over long wait ( no one else in office)."
