"Most things that are required to buy for school out of stock. Shipping has taken months to get here and kids outgrew by then if things ever showed up. Pants rip easily and shirts shrink. If not required by the school to purchase and wear we would find better alternatives."
"Meh. Wish we had another option at our school for uniforms. I get the impression they do not want in store customers or questions. Maybe it should be online only if that is the case. However, the sizing is erratic so I like to buy in person, plus shipping and returns add up. The younger people who worked there over the summer were great but there is a constant employee that is not helpful and I don’t understand what the problem is."
"I have to say this is one of the most frustrating companies to work with. There are very limited store hours so shopping online is preferable. However, there is a standard $11 shipping fee on every order. In addition, the items never come in a timely manner and you are stuck waiting weeks, and many times months for your order to arrive. Our school has a discount on certain days; however, it is not published anywhere useful so it is very hard to utilize. Basically, if you are stuck using Dennis for uniforms plan ahead as the last few years of ordering from this company has been terrible."
"I have placed 3 orders so far with Dennis Uniform online. One order was placed 5 days ago; and although it shows that it has shipped, there is no tracking information available. The local warehouse/distribution center is right my house, so it should be a quick 1-2 day transit to my house, but they will not provide tracking information. I have spent $300+ with this company this week and sadly they've provided no updates in regards to where my purchase(s) are in transit. UPDATE: I finally received a partially shipped order about 6 days after I placed the order, but never received tracking. I am still curious where the rest of my order is. I wish they could provide customers with specific updates, so that we were not left pondering where our items are."
