"Honestly worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m not someone who needs to be helped at every second but I’ve never beengreeted or acknowledged, you have to say something for anyone to even look at you, even when you’re in line ready to check out and the only person in the store. Selection is okay but there’s pretty much nothing for women, all men’s and incredibly expensive. Either they need more staff or need someone who doesn’t have a stick in their bum"

"Went in store in search of concealable body armor & was met with a miserable employee who was disgusted with having to answer any questions or attend to a customer. She scoffed and rolled her eyes when my husband, myself and two young girls walked in; my girls are well behaved and don’t touch anything in store so she had no reason to be that way. There were zero other customers in store. My husband ended up approaching this representative and asked her for the armor carriers, to which she answered condescendingly that all armor carriers are custom. No offers to start a custom order or further information, just a quick “no, have a nice day”. I’d leave one star if the review was based solely on service received but I’ll leave a second star for the visible variety of other products in store. But if you need service or run into an employee in store, hope for someone other than the unpleasant and unwelcoming woman we were met with."

"I have purchased from here multiple times now. The products themselves are high quality, just they never arrive. Every time I have ordered for work or myself they will be delayed by a couple of weeks. The most timely order I have ordered showed up 12 days late. The worst was a large order for work that took 3 months. In the future I would order somewhere else if possible."

"I would have to agree with some of the other comments about rude staff, there was a guy who was polite though so that is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The guy helped me first, he was polite and helpful, he ended up getting busy so an older lady helped me out after him and I would have to say she was very rude, she was very argumentative and seemed like she wanted to only have me purchase the most expensive clothing, I asked if they had any other black pants besides 5.11 because 5.11 fits way to baggy and loose, she states there were no other brands that have black pants, I said “really? No other black pants in the entire store?” She said “no, I’d have to order any other brand, in your size “ I am a 32x32 or 34x34 depending on the fit, so pretty standard size, nothing unusual, I also had to ask a couple questions about if I needed to return anything, she rudely said “well that’s why your here trying them on now” I said “ok”, I guess she had never experienced clothes shrinking after being washed the first time, I asked if I could try one of the shirts on again before they stitched the patches on, she rolled her eyes and said “I guess..” and walked off like a mad 3 year old child, who didn’t get her way. My advice is, if helping customers makes you that upset, then choose a different profession and also I am not sure if they work on commission or not but pushing certain products on people because of that is not cool, I have to pay for my uniforms, my company makes me reimburse them from my paychecks, if I didn’t need my uniforms specifically bought from them I would not have purchased anything from this store. I am also concerned about leaving this review in fear of retaliation because she seemed to know my supervisor very well and was polite to him on the phone. So in conclusion, I believe most these negative comments are because of that lady, I would recommend speaking with her about her attitude, unless you want to continue to have negative reviews or simply do not care because you are one of the few places in the Denver metro are who supplies and has contracts with departments, in that aspect I guess you wouldn’t care because you feel as if people will shop there because they have to. Also, a very very poor way to do business."

"I did not have a good experience coming to this store. The employees seem uninterested in helping the customers or answering their questions. They seem to not care about anyone who is not law enforcement. They fail to realize that other professions shop here like fire, EMS, and security. They were not helpful at all when it came to asking them questions such as finding a good quality jacket that I could wear on duty. They just pointed to a rack of jackets and said find it yourself after I have spent 20 minutes trying find one myself. Unless, you are law enforcement you will not be helped as a customer and your business as a customer is not important to them. There are better places to shop that have just as much of a selection as Galls does. Don't plan on coming back to the store."
