"I broke the guidelines and went to 5 dress appointments at various salons. a&be was hands down the best! It started with a phone call check in a few weeks before my appointment, discussing dress visions, wedding day visions, asking about my guests and making a personal connection that actually got me excited for the appointment. The day of the appointment was such a blast! Everyone on the team was warm and welcoming. Sam S., my consultant, was incredible and took the time to listen to me. She didn't push me to make up my mind like some other places did. She had great insight as to what alterations could be done, clipping in a way that helped me understand what the dress could look like. She was holding up dresses for me that were not in my size, showing me different color options and talking through fit details, etc. I didn't make my decision that day and she was still so gracious to our group. Seriously, everyone in my group loved the vibe and energy at a&be and loved Sam as well! I ended up ordering my dress a week after my appointment through a&be which they were able to process it over the phone since I am not a local bride and they still brought the celebratory energy through the phone. Truly the best experience for wedding dress shopping!"
