"Would give 0 Starz if there was such a thing. Louis vuitton and Gucci have a better return policy than this company. Received 2 shirts as a gift from my Daughter and SON in law that were too small. Called to see if I could exchange and got put on an eternal hold.Drove down to the store to be told that I could exchange them but would need the receipt? I explained they were a gift and didn't get a receipt as they do not provide gift receipts. They told me sorry that I would have to email a manager and that I cannot exchange merchandise. This is crazy after all of the money I have spent with this company on some Heat to be told this I'd rather spend my Money somewhere else.. Garbaaagggee...Still in the Bag never opened SMH.."
