"Don’t trust her. She isn’t thorough, doesn’t listen and creates a narrative to fit her subjective opinion and keeps the child(ren) with their abuser. It’s a money grabbing scheme. Awful."

"If you have your child's best interest at heart and she is appointed as your CFI fight to get someone else. She does NO investigation or recommendation that is in the best interests of a child. She is rude and doesn't make it a point to actually listen to anything she is told. Totally in the job for the money and any extra she may be given to side with a certain party of the case."

"Shawntel Tucker is probably one of the most unprofessional people you may come across. She was a CFI in a custody case. First she was late to our appointment, when she did arrived she sat in her vehicle for another 15 minutes before proceeding to my front door mind you she is already about 15 minutes late to my home so now we are out a half hour total. Once inside my home she pays more attention to her phone then doing an evaluation. Multiple "professional" witnesses to my case not friends or family wrote and presented evidence to Mrs Tucker, well as you can imagine none of that was taken into consideration or in any reports. Mrs Tucker is very unprofessional and will not respond to email's or return phone calls. Your children's safety and well-being are at Mrs Tuckers mercy, your children's best interest will not be put first."
