"My session with Clarissa was great. She is very welcoming and easy to talk to. I always feel comfortable and look forward to our next session"
"This is THE place if you want to find a Therapist with whom you can truly work with to heal from past traumas and such. My therapist, Katie Bennett has been such an incredible positive force in my life I am truly left without the proper words to describe just how much she's truly impacted my life for the better."
"I have been with overcomers since they first opened. I currently see Lauren and I could not have chosen a better therapist. In just a short time she has guided me, made me feel welcome, and truly worked at creating a safe space for me to heal and overcome obstacles that have held me back. I highly recommend overcomers counseling."
"Caitlyn took my concerns seriously and really listened to me. I was nervous to seek help but she made this a great and easy experience! Highly recommend."
"My wife had an appointment this morning and we arrived 10 minutes early. There is no reception at the office. We were not greeted by ANY of the counselors there. They walked by us multiple times and ignored us completely. It is very important to start off on a good note to build trust with any client. My wife was immediately put off by the lack of hospitality and canceled the appointment. When I told the therapist her reason for canceling she scoffed at me said "okay" and walked away. Very cold. The exact opposite of what her bio said. If you are in the mental health profession you should know that building a relationship with a client is of the utmost importance. As a side note the area is very run-down and there are tents and people occupying an abandoned Joe's crab shack in the same parking lot. Be careful if you are considering this office."
