"I was very disappointed with my treatment from Dr. Skiles. I had her perform a procedure on me at Saint Francis Medical Center. This facility was great but I was not impressed by this doctor. She did not see me after my surgery. I had to ask nurses if I had sutures that would dissolve or if I had to get them taken out. The nurses did not know because the doctor did not inform them or me. I was also not informed on how the procedure went or what I will be doing next for the continuing treatment. I was skeptical before I had her do my surgery because she was very short with explaining things. For example I asked “What if I had endometriosis what do we do for it?” She answered with start having kids now or medications. I should of went with my gut and saw a different physician. She already knew my issues so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately I was disappointed in the end. I was also throwing up for several hours when I got home from surgery. I was not given any medications for nausea. Which I believe I should have since I was on anesthesia, it’s common to have nausea after that. My nurses also seemed frustrated with her disappearing after my surgery. I don’t believe nurses should pick up of this part of a doctors job. I do appreciate them for what they could help me with though. They also gave me a call after surgery to see how I was doing. Dr. Skiles and her office did not. I did give them a call to find out Dr. Skiles was on vacation and I would not be back until March 19th, I had my surgery on March 6th. I am now stuck with the unknown."

"I just tried getting into this place because I'm a high risk patient. Before even looking at my medical records they turned me away. Such a dissappoinment after I just had a miscarriage through academy women's next door. I thought this place had a heart."
