"I've never seen more rude customer service. Bought the shoes 5 days ago and they hurt to stand, but was surprisingly not allowed to return. People won't be able to tell whether the shoes are comfortable just by looking at them. Trying on for 10 minutes does not equal wearing them. If you treat your customers like this, this store will definitely close one day. Ladies, save your money and don't ever buy from this store. It's not risk-free satisfaction guarantee, it's buy at your own risk."

I went to a live chat and waited 40 minutes yesterday and never got connected?? the another 45 minutes to day. they cancelled my order I placed at a store on 10/20/2022 (out of stock) but did not refund my charges. How many people are the scaming this way?? After waiting all this time to contact someone for help. the I'm told I have to go back to the store to get my refund?? This is 2022 and a very high tech world and I can't get a refund???"

"If their product could get zero stars, they would get it. Bought this sneaker in late August wore it lightly for less than 3 months, bottoms on both shoes came apart. Talked to customer service, not helpful at all. If you are smart, take your money elsewhere."
