"I was sent the wrong shoe, the staff was a bit confused so the manager Mark came over to assist. The lady next to me was also trying to locate a package. Mark put out both fires with ease, a smile and excellent customer service. The staff was all so nice and attentive and willing to work through it all. I will definitely be back!"

I asked for help someone walked over to help me but told me to wait bc a another lady walked in she immediately greeted her upon entry and I was never helped. I can’t help but assume it’s bc of my skin color every other customer was greeted but me. Customer service is non existent now it’s absolutely ridiculous I won’t be shopping at this location ever again and the long blond haired older woman was very rude"
