"Lids completely screwed me over on a custom Broncos hat. I asked for a last name on the side of the hat and they did an extremely bad job with it. I am usually not a picky person; but it was very lopsided, poorly spaced, and they didnt even do it in the colors I asked them too. I told them to replace the hat and to forget the name addition. I walked over to Pro Image Sports with the hat and Ricky; who I worked with on a different gift about 2 days prior, saw the picture I took of what lids did, took the new hat, and did an ABSOLUTE PHENOMINAL job.
