"I have often come in only to be turned away for consignment, even though it is well before the time the consignment closes for the day. Most recently I was told that they are not accepting any more clothes for the day as they have already accepted two racks worth. Never on the phone recordings does it say that they only take two racks of clothes a day and just stop. It would be nice for these new stipulations to be updated on the voicemail if that is the policy."

"Twice I CALLED IN ADVANCE to be sure that I could bring my clothes and accessories and that someone would be there to process my stuff. BOTH times after taking the time to put my quality items on hangers, drive there, lug stuff in, I was told we aren't taking clothes today. When I said that was not acceptable, the little blonde 'so-called Manager' said I could go somewhere else! Not a good business model. I will never go back to consign or buy anything. This was at the Littleton, Colorado location."

"These people are a scam. I bought a table on 09/29 I was told they could hold it for me for 7 days, the individual (Taylor) selling me the table didn't seem to know answers to easy questions, they handed my a yellow paper that said "HOLD" on it and I was told to put down my name and phone number. I was then handed tape and told to put it on the table, I asked Taylor if they needed to see the table to verify the one I was buying, I was told no. I then said I'll get the table in a few days as I was moving, I was told that was ok. Yesterday 10/05 my husband and I arrive to pick it up, and couldn't find it, showed the employees a picture one of them says "oh i sold that today". Excuse me? You sold something that was already bought in full?? They were hesitant to give me a refund as well. Madison, the one who sold a table that was already bought by me was so disrespectful, laughing about what she did, told me it was past the pick up date and that they don't call even though they ask for customers numbers. She even BLAMED me that it had the wrong "hold" sticker on it. I asked for a her for pen and paper and she was hesitant to give it to me, then was hesitant to give me her name and Taylors. I asked for the owners name and she had the nerve to laugh because I spelled it with a "CH" instead of a "K". I called Krista (the owner) today 10/06 and she didn't seem to care. Just kept saying it was a mistake. But now my family has to eat dinner on the floor until we find a new table. She didn't seem to care at all at what her employees did or acted. She even tried to sell me another table over the phone and got mad when I said I wouldn't be giving them anymore money. They are very disrespectful and like to sell items that have already been bought. They don't even honor they're own policies that are posted throughout the store of how long they'll hold items for. I have also reported this incident to the BBB."

"Several of these turns dial consignment shops around town hit a couple of them all of them have really good stuff in them higher quality than any good will and more variety of things so it's worth a trip to find this store go in and see what they got we found some collectibles that my wife wanted for one thing came out with another that's always fun to have that experience of buying something you like"
