"Signed up for three policies, and requested the account be paid with autopay out of my checking account…. I gave the agent my info and was under the impression that the payments would be automatically withdrawn from my bank. The agent did not enroll the account in automatic payments and I got charged service fees, late fees and received certified cancellation letters. The agent and farmers refuse to correct the error and waive the fees that should not have occurred. They forced me to create an online account to set up autopay on my own. I just want the fees reversed and a sincere apology at this point."

"Got dropped because I put in a claim. Pos, " never should have insured me". No previous claims, but still dropped mid year, no refund when paid in full. Worthless."
