"The staff at this Allstate office are incredibly friendly and try to be very helpful. My rating is more about Allstate as a company (which this office represents). Allstate claims handling is horrific. Insurance is there for when something happens and you need it and unfortunately that’s when Allstate completely misses the mark. Again, the folks at this office are nice but they represent a company that is inefficient, inept and way overpriced for what you get when you actually need them."

Mike asked us to give him a chance to try and sell Allstate back to us so I said ok why not.. so Mike scheduled a call and I told him what I needed far as Rental Insurance as well as Motor Vehicle insurance.. When we gave Mike the go ahead that we’d switch, he called and went over the policies in case we had any questions and to address any issues we may have.. Mike took the time and if we had any questions, he answered them honestly and as soon as he could!! We also saved a lot more on not just auto but rental insurance!!! We’re completely happy especially the service Mike has provided us!! I would definitely recommend Mike with Allstate!!!"
