"First time buyer from here ever..... disappointed Waited almost 30 minutes for a regular set of a dozen donuts, that was said it was an unusual large order..... donut shop I considered it wouldn't be an issue and then I get to th drive thru to have a horrible dripping wet with Carmel and coffee all over my drink asked just for a napkin or cup she took.it.and dumped it into another cup so now the drink is really disgusting and still dripping coffee had to ask for another napkin to then wait 5 more minutes to have her shove the box into my window as its covered it chocolate finger prints......and those are the donuts. Horrible sad and disgusting. Wouldn't give it to the homeless."

"The employees here are nice but I'm tired of them getting my drink wrong or making it poorly. I mean, it's a frozen caramel coffee with wc and drizzle. Today it came basically iced which is quite hard to drink when it's not quite frozen but not full ice....Not impressed."

Second, you tell me I can only order assorted at the drive-thru window, which I suppose could be different from last week when I could order whatever I wanted, but either way is ridiculous. There's too many donut shops in this town to go to one that doesn't appreciate its customers"

"So yesterday I had a big order with food and drinks. Nikita was very nice in the drive thru. She is new and she wanted to make sure she got the order completely correct. She was a bit slow but I didn't care because she was trying so hard to make sure things were correct and she heard me right. So....5 stars for determination! My order was made correct, and like I said it was a big one. She was friendly at the window and professional! I came back today, and had Brigit. She was very efficient, friendly, and professional as well. Whatever this DD is doing....they are doing it right! Super impressed! Update November 2023: Honestly, THE cleanest DD I have ever been to. Ever! Spotless! Including the bathrooms. So so cheerfully decorated. Plenty of staff, fast and friendly service, and order made correctly. I was so impressed with how clean this DD was that I sat inside and drank my coffee and relaxed! FANTASTIC experience!"
