"Stopped here with a large group and they found us a table. Took little time but we were a large group. They got a sour drinks right away. Give us time to look over the menu. It did not take long for our food to come out. The food was really good. They did bring us bread before the food and said it was from a local bakery and that we were teared apart with our hands. They gave us olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip it in. It was good but we probably would have preferred it to be warm. The staff was really good. The food was really good"

"When you are in Colorado Springs check out Paravicini's Italian bistro I was very impressed with the food here. We started with a small bread loaf that came with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. It was not heat hot but no problem. Check out the salt and pepper shaker. Twist to the right for pepper twist to the left for salt. VERY cool The arancini was made with a white pesto-like sauce. The flavor was fresh and clean. The meatballs were off the chart. They were an appetizer special. Wow !! That gravy and cheese. The meatballs looked dry but they weren't laying under all of that luxury. Also seen was the bolognese and a chicken Parmesan that was scratch-made. Look at that thin chicken and that real deal crust. Very good. I added a little salt to my chicken parmesan, but I like a little more salt than usual. The homemade tiramisu was in a top five that I've ever had. The lady fingers were probably homemade. The mascarpone cheese was airy and the coffee flavor was not overly pungent. The chocolate shavings and sauce finished it out. The Caesar salad was the only thing that was standard fare. $140 for 2 with tip no alcohol. The waitress was great and was supportive but not patronizing. She truly cared about what was going on. The manager came by also to check on things. The attention to detail was impeccable. As seen on Diners Drive-Ins and dives. And it was worth it."

"Excellent value. I’ve been to other Italian restaurants, and sometimes left hungry. Not here! Portions are great, pasta is fresh, and the atmosphere was good. It was my first time here, and I will definitely be back."

"I recently dined at Paravicini’s Italian Bistro and overall had a pretty good experience, warranting a 4-star rating. What really struck me was the unique and charming old-school atmosphere that the restaurant has. The black and white photos adorning the walls gave the place a distinctive character. Paravicini’s Italian Bistro offers more of an Italian-American dining experience. The food had an authentic touch and was quite enjoyable. Starting with the positives, the shrimp scampi risotto was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavors. However, I did find the risotto to be a bit too watery, which was a minor letdown. The house salad that came with the meal was tasty, and the calamari, although needing a tad more seasoning, was good. One aspect that left me a bit disappointed was the chicken piccata. While the flavors were good, I found that the chicken had an excess of egg wash, which somewhat affected the overall texture and taste. The drinks were good but didn’t quite match the excellence of the food. My lemon drop in particular was a tad weak, and I don’t think they used real lemon juice. Additionally, I wished the bread had been served warm, as it was cold, not even lukewarm. On a brighter note, the service was exceptional, provided by Jona (although I can’t recall our waitress’s name). Their attentiveness added to the overall positive dining experience at Paravicini’s Italian Bistro."

"Amazing, delicious, authentic restaurant. My husband and I have never had Italian food this authentic or seafood that delicious. It is worth the drive and the price! Definitely book a reservation, it is usually crowded especially in the evenings. Service was spot on, the wine, bread, main courses and dessert were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!"
