"This is the SLOWEST Dutch location ever. The other morning, I sat in the same spot for over 10 minutes without my order being taken and finally drove off. Once again, we decided to try it on a Saturday afternoon. Car is in park and we haven’t moved for almost 10 minutes again. So expect a good 10 minutes per car here. I finally went up to the window and got a refund while my husband slipped out of line as soon as he could."

"I gave them one star because they don't take responsibility for icy parking lots they don't take a responsibility for clearing the parking lots and resuring the fact that their customers are safe when they come into their parking. They don't pay for any damages they don't care about you other than your money and I'm very dissatisfied with them do the fact that they can't own the responsibilities that to ensure the fact that they're keeping customers happy if you're going into this Dutch Brothers please be careful that you do not slide on the ice and snow because they do not care $6,000 in damages"

"Honestly beyond disappointed that it would take 45 minutes for 5 cars in front of us. Dutch used to be known here for having good drinks and also being fast. Seeing the other reviews proves that nothing has changed even with others complaining. Love Dutch anywhere else, but bring a book to read if you’re coming to this location."

"I wanted to like this store since other locations I have been to were great. I hope my low review is due to them being new. I drove up around 9:30 PM with one other car in front of me. I could see at least 2 workers inside constantly leaning out the window and smiling and laughing with the people in the car in front. After 10 minutes of just sitting there watching nothing but what I can only assume was flirting with the people in front of me, I just ended up leaving. I can't review anything other than the waste of time I spent here. Hopefully I just tried to stop by on a bad day, but I will probably not give this store another chance since I haven't had an experience like this at any of the other nearby locations so might as well go to one of the stores that cares."
