"I tried to be nice. I rarely ever will come back to ask for something to be remade, but my drink was like drinking liquid candy. I came in and tried to ask nicely about my drink and see if it could be remade , but the lady behind the counter was just rude. She basically just waved her arms and said "Sorry, ma'am, that's the way it's made." I've had this drink before and it's never been this sweet. I wanted to see if they could remake it with less sweetener, but she just proceeded to get louder, talking over me and saying the same thing over and over again until I left. I feel somewhat attacked. I'm close to tears."
"Only get doughnuts and coffee if you come to this location. Received 5 burnt greasy hashbrowns for my order. Like they just microwaved previous burnt ones. My daughter’s pancake wrap had a hair in it. They seemed annoyed when I pointed it out. Food was super gross. Won’t be coming back to this location ever."
"Food is fine, service is meh. Went to get donuts and bagels (as listed on the menu) and was told they had a very limited selection, aka only plain bagels and a couple types of donuts. The server suggested we custom order a day in advance if we wanted different bagels again, because they only make a couple flavored bagels a day. We said okay, and ordered drinks next. Was told they were unable to make any frozen drinks. Strangest Dunkin experience ever."
"We have visited this location twice and unfortunately each visit was just as awful as the last. Donuts are usually decent, fairly difficult to screw those up. However, I highly suggest against getting their wraps. The first one I received was cold in the middle. Apparently, that was the last one so they had to go get one from the freezer. This resulted in placing it inside whatever type of heating element they use multiple times. The outcome was a very charred wrap that was half scalding hot while still being only room temperature in certain areas. Unfortunately, the only flavor it had was the chard exterior from being reheated so many times."
"Delicious, I went to "dunkin donuts" this morning and got a dozen (random) donuts. The Donuts were soft and fresh, I had the prink frosted one with sprinkles, which was fantastic, it had a strong sweet flavor throughout. Overall good experience. Although *I've had negative experiences with this location before, for instance, I went one afternoon, and they were all out of donuts."
