"Sign on door says drive through only. If you can’t staff the establishment, do not build it and expect customers to remain loyal. Several times have attempted to bring my elementary age sons here to enjoy an after school treat. What a letdown. I will not make the mistake of wasting my time to come here again. Ever. Will find another location."

"The first time I went I got stuck in the drive-thru for 20 minutes (there's no way to bail once you pull in the drive through lane). But I do love Dunkies coffee and when I visited again everything went smoothly. I appreciate that they're taking feedback and working to improve, I hope this location stays open."

"I absolutely love this Dunkin' location on Fillmore! Probably a little too much. The customer service is fast and friendly. It's clear that the employees take pride in their work, and their kindness and professionalism make all my visits a delight. The atmosphere is clean, bright and inviting, with a cozy seating area. It's a happy place that puts a smile on your face. I highly recommend Dunkin' for a tasty treat and a boost of energy!"

"Took 20 mins for 1 coffee and a breakfast sandwich, I was in the drive thru to try and save time… they only had one person working the entire Dunkin. If you don’t have anyone to work here, why keep it open. Awful experience, hopefully they improve their staffing. Respect to the one person holding down the Dunkin and serving the line behind the counter, the drive thru, and doing all the cooking/ drink making."

"Starbucks is usually my go to when it comes to a good iced coffee, i decided to try Dunkin today 12/13 around 7:20am at his Fillmore location. As soon as i pulled up to order whoever it was who greeted me before taking my order i automatically heard attitude in her voice, i mentioned i was new to dunkin just to let me look over the menu. I pulled up to pay she did not smile she looked mad as hell and once i received my food i got has browns and bagel bites, they were just thrown in there and also cold. I would say it was terrible customer service the coffee was good as least :)"
