"I will start off by saying I have never been disappointed with the service I’ve received at this Dutch Bros location. Today I was served by Josh and he was incredible! I told him to make a surprise Dutch Rebel and he truly had fun with it, and might I add it’s the best drink I have ever had. I am truly impressed that every time I come here I am left in awe by the service and the heart poured into the care I receive."
"My favorite dutch in town. Super cool employees! One dude today was taking my order and we were talking about music for a bit. He recommended a sweet indie band. The vibes here are the best"
"I usually love Dutch brothers. I had the worst experience. They would not provide me with a menu. The little girl with shorttbrown hair and glasses was not helpful at all. Borderline rude. Then she specifically made my drink and made it wrong. I will never be back!!!"
"If you are passing through any part of Colorado Springs, you have to swing in to get a drink from DB. Here are some tips: download the app, the online menu is way better than the physical menus at the location. The coffee by itself is amazing, so don't shy away from something simple. Energy drinks are awesome too if you want something cold and fizzy. Which is a nice offering from a coffee shop. The staff are always friendly, and the service and wait time is always appropriate. If the line is too long, you can always park and walk up to the window. Highly recommended. Regular customer. Sick stickers on the first Wednesday of the month. Who doesn't love a free sticker? Drink more coffee and support ALS."
"The girl taking the orders today seemed very out of it and was hardly paying attention. I ordered 14 drinks and said, it's a lot of them, please label them all. I got to the window left a tip and asked the guy to please make sure that they are all labeled with the full name. "Not a problem!" They bring them out and 3 of them gave writing on them. "... Where did they label them at?" "Oh, they just gave them to me, I asked which was which and they couldn't tell me, they are all surprises I guess" "Some people are lactose intolerant or have other allergies, if they get them, they will have to just throw it away.. ?" "Oh yeah, uh, sorry about that." I know $80 isn't a ton in the grand scheme of things but I know I'll be spending my weekly office budget somewhere else from now on. In the picture, you can see where one says surprise and the order just has ??? On it.."
