"What a wonderful coffee shop! Blazing fast Internet, lots of power outlets, and the best customer service in town. I had an Americano, quiche, and chocolate pecan pie and they were all amazing. I think of that pie often and will go back for more very soon!"

Service was great, the place is super cute, and it's very impressive to see a historical building in Old Colorado City retrofitted for ada compliance. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Just tried Pop kitchen for the first time. what a gem this place is. Coffee was delicious.all food was unique and outstanding. Super cool old building, which was formerly the old city hall, fire station, jail, and even a school. Staff gave outstanding service and was very friendly to all who came in.
