"Had a problem with an order I placed online. Called the store to try and get help with the issue. A condescending immature snott nose got on the phone and made the situation worse. I definitely don't like being hung up on, especially after having $25 + taken from me without the pleasure of receiving the products I ordered. Maybe if the employees kept the store open for the hours they post, this nonsense wouldn't happen. Maybe if the manager hired responsible ,respectful employees, the reviews would be better. I can't wait to see if the owner Cares about the quality of service Dunkin Donuts customers receive, but as I read along here, I'm not seeing anything that shows me they care about anything at all, except for the money we unfortunately were dumb enough to give them for the headaches and shenanigans and poor customer service. Actually,non existent customer service. Dunkin Donuts must be proud to have such a messed up store in Thornton. The reviews show it's been the same for years."

"The staff here are quick. They all seem happy to be there, which is a nice change of pace compared to other places. My drink is always made right. Makes for a great start to the day."

"Wow. I came in today and ordered a chai, that was probably the worst chai I’ve ever had in my life. My last Dunkin experience wasn’t great but I figured I’d try it again and I’ll definitely never go again. Dirty lobby, misplaced chairs and dust all over the floors and chairs were dirty . On top of that , after I sat down, 2 workers were sitting at the check out counter flirting with eachother out loud and talking about how much they like eachother / thought eachother were cute and all customers could hear it which I found so unprofessional and gross. I’m never one to support workplace romance and seeing it in action was a little ridiculous. Keep it in the back after cleaning the lobby because you’re at WORK — not a speed dating facility."

"The two girls working there today were more worried about preordering books and buying stuff online on their phones than working and making sure customers were served. Waited 10 minutes and no one even greater me at the counter. They were also loud and cussing. Been coming here for 3 years but not anymore"
