Marco's Pizza

"Just absolutely tired of this place messing up or forgetting things every single time I order there. Today is the first time in a while. Have to sign up for their new order system which is absolutely awful, especially the order status screen. Get there grab the food and head home. But of course I’M the moron for not checking it before I left. Two pizzolis, sauces left out. So I have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK. Just for sauce. Absolutely infuriating. This is why people don’t want to go out to eat anymore. Tired of spending $50 on food for these places to just not care. I like Marco’s food, but GD this place needs to do better when it comes to consistency and making sure every order is right."

"I really want to love Marcos, but unfortunately their quality is too inconsistent. There's times the pizza is absolutely amazing, and then there's times when it's burnt and dry. No one wants to spend $20 on a small cauliflower pizza and then open the box to find burnt crust."

"The Brighton Colo Store is Horrible all the way around, this is a Managment/Corp Issue- Not the fault of the young team members, they are set up to FAIL in every way! this will be the 4th time I have given them a chance to improve, NO MORE- will not order any more from MARCOS at all. I ordered several items the WEB SITE does not work at all- they need a new IT TEAM- I have had to re-do my profile several times, also you can't leave a review on the corp web site it keeps re-directing you to the order page. see attached this last order was specific details to the large deluxe, and what I got was the normal deluxe (see picture)- the web site said 35 minutes to delivery (WAY OFF) I didn't get the Wing (they ran out) I called 55 minutes after the order and the pizza had not left the store- I went to Pick up my now COLD pizza from the store and they tried to give me chicken nuggets instead. Did not take those as they looked bad, I then got an email 30 minutes after I return home that said, "Your Pizza has been delivered" REALLY???? this management team has set their employees up to fail !!! will not be back!"

"This is a joke right? Why has the quality gone down? I ordered 3 smaller pizza's and they were no better than this. You give a $5 tip on a carryout order and this is what you get in return? Do yourselves a favor, eat here so you can complain to the kid that made your food. Don't do a carry out and tip before picking. If I saw this first, I wouldn't have given a cent."
