"Came here because In-n-out was too busy. The people were friendly enough, but they mess up our order. The soda machine didn’t have ice. They were out of chocolate frostys. The bathrooms were filthy and the toilet was unusable. We should have waited for In-N-Out."

"Can’t get any thing right. I ask “what’s on a #7” they read out the description for a bacon cheeseburger but when I get my meal it’s a weird bbq burger with crispy onions. This has happened 4 times now. Today I ordered online while I was walking there and mid walk they cancelled my order. No big deal I’ll just go inside and order. NOPE they locked the doors so no one could go in and we’re only doing drive through even tho there were people still inside, this was around 1:30 not even close to closing time. 0/10 would not recommend."

"I recently visited Wendy's for breakfast and opted for their bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin along with a side of seasoned potatoes. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't busy at all, both the English muffin sandwich and the seasoned potatoes were served cold. The bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin, which should have been a warm and satisfying breakfast option, was disappointingly chilly. The combination of cold ingredients took away from the overall enjoyment of the sandwich. Additionally, the seasoned potatoes, which should have been a flavorful complement to the meal, suffered from the same issue—they lacked warmth and freshness. Given the lack of patrons in the restaurant during my visit, I had expected my meal to be freshly prepared and served promptly. However, the cold temperature of both items suggests that attention to detail and quality control might have been lacking in the kitchen. While I have enjoyed meals at Wendy's in the past, this particular visit fell short of my expectations. I hope that in the future, Wendy's can ensure that all items are served at the appropriate temperature to provide customers with a more satisfying dining experience."

"I was just served for a quick lunch at the drive through and Kera was very sweet, she was easy to hear, and help me try a new menu item! The team that got my food to me was attentive and packed my meal with care. Haven't been to Wendy's in a while, might be coming back soon!"

"I had to wait forever in the drive thru to order. They seemed to only be able to help one car at a time. Once a car drove away, they could let the next car order. Then they didn't have Frosty's or iced tea. The young man giving the food never spoke a word or cracked a smile. Then we didn't receive two of the Baconators and we ordered. I would avoid this particular Wendy's. The food we did receive was good."
