"This chain has lost quality since covid. Just waited over 20 minutes for a burger and small fries, sixth car in line. I expect this chain to go bankrupt by 2026, prices are too high for food and service that has deteriorated. I’ll be sad to see them go."

We ordered a burger, fries, chicken strips, and green chili mac and cheese. All were good and hot and accurate! I love all things green chili, so I really appreciated that option and it was a nice portion."

"Michelle was very kind. Not sure what happened when I initially arrived, there was no one to take my order and it took awhile for that to come together. Once that happened everything fell into place and it was a better experience. I must confess that I was thinking about leaving because no one came to take my order or acknowledged me. Their set up, makes it too easy for the kitchen/ drive up to miss their walk in customer... definitely a design issue...makes you feel like you are not their priority!"
"Asked for a waffle cone and got a cake cone. The cone wasn’t even filled. This must be a good times standard because it happened at another location too. Same with the cold burger. Fries are good though."
