Krispy Kreme 1051 East 120th Avenue, Thornton, CO 80233

"The service was good, except for one of the guys couldn't tell where he was at today, no direction in his eyes. However that wasn't close to the worst part. The store is way out of my way, but my grandson wanted to go. We got this donut and we decided to stay so he could eat it there, he was so excited. I noticed there was a window that was leaking terribly from the snow melt. So we steered clear of there. Apparently the water had been leaking in for quite some time. When he went to sit down the water had run over to the other tables and he slipped on the water and fell all the way down. I let the manager know that we needed a towel to wipe him off and let him know that the water was leaking. He came out with a mop and a bucket and quite frankly, that wasn't going to help him very much. He was surprised to see what was happening. And after he saw that he couldn't care less that my grandson was soaking wet, and needed attention before the window. He immediately started taking pictures of the window and got on the phone to someone. We waited a little bit but my grandson was forgotten, so we just left. When we got home to eat our donuts, mine was, I'm pretty sure yesterday's donut as was the one my husband ate. It was dry and more like a scone than a doughnut. Lol So, unless I'm talked into it by my sweet little grandson, I'm pretty sure I will never go into this Krispy cream again."

"Krispy Kreme donuts are delicious. We got a couple dozen mixed glazed, chocolate covered, custard filled, etc. I really enjoyed the custard filled with chocolate, and I would have loved to get a jelly filled. Great place for donuts, and the folks at Krispy Kreme definitely have their niche in the land of glazed, jelly, and powdered treats."

"I just wanted to say thank you for being quick to take my order for my girls and I. I know today is such a busy day (Valentine's Day). The atmosphere went down a star but not due to any of you. In fact, it was due to some rude customer that had no patience or observation to see each of you doing your best to complete the orders that were placed online. "Great location, haven't ever had a problem here, and staff is usually pretty good. The guy that was working the drive-thru was super friendly and made sure we got some fresh donuts, will definitley be back! Unfortunately a few of the donuts didnt make it in the pic."

"10/22/22-Stopped here for a quick breakfast and just got feed disappoint from their customer service. I had been really excited to get the Halloween doughnuts and was looking forward to taking pictures of them. We told the lady behind the glass that we wanted 4, she stuffed them into a bag, and then tossed them on the counter so hard one popped out and laid on the dirty counter. The cashier girl saw what she had done and told them to replace the one that had fallen out. When she went to place it in the bag we both noticed at the same time that the design on all of the others had gotten smashed into a giant mess. She had them redo the whole order in a box. It's sad that only one employee at this place cares about the customer experience. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of one was because of her. Also the pumpkin latte my mother ordered was cold. I have never gotten this bad of service from the one near Park Meadows. I had been excited to find another Krispy Kreme, but next time I'm in the area I'll just go to a grocery store for a better experience. Skip this place and go to the one down south if you want a good experience."
