"Spent $6 on a drink. It took forever. They made it wrong, and when I pointed out that it was wrong, the kid argued with me. I worked at Starbucks for 4 years. No one north of Denver knows how to make a flat white. Extremely frustrating for the cost."

"Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! I have traveled all over the United States and never have been to one like this! Waited 30 mins in line, which is fine especially if they are busy. But as I was placing my order the young man taking my order was extremely rude, impatient, non helpful and ignored me when I asked for the total. I then proceeded to pull to the window where I waited another 10 mins to be greeted by the same young man. I choose not to say anything to him, and consistently dealt with his rude behavior and insulting comments towards my appearance and voice. He stepped away slammed the window shut and I was left sitting there another 5-10 minutes waiting on a water. A nice young lady came to the window and asked if that was all I was waiting on. I replied yes, and asked her if the young man was ok? She made excuses for him and the establishment which is not her fault. So far customer service -100….. Now I have pulled off and have received my coffee (which were half full as well as leaking on the straws cup holder, my car)and food to realize the coffees are incorrect and the food was slung together very unappetizing and looked inedible. -please do not waste your money on this particular establishment. You will regret it!"
