"6-6-23. Took my wife here for our anniversary to shop for some lingerie and the girl at the counter was having a personal conversation (argument) with her boyfriend on speaker phone. Instead of ending the call she continued to have this conversation on speaker phone. We were the only 2 in the store so it's not like people are beating the door down to shop. Super weird and awkward. Going to a boutique I'm expecting to spend $150 plus. Not today. We left without buying anything, we didn't want to listen to somebody's personal conversation over speaker phone. We won't be back"

"I know they're struggling to staff their boutique and that has resulted in odd hours or bad experiences, for some. I wanted to go for a year before I finally did. The gal I dealt with was kind and helpful. Didn't mind that I popped in just before closing. They were low on inventory but I'll go back. Wish you could get fitted by any staff member, though. You have to pay for an appointment and they only were doing fittings a couple days a week. Other then that though, great place."
