Walmart Supercenter 1575 Space Center Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80915

"No more self-checkout, they don't bother to open the express lines until late afternoon and they aren't opening enough lanes to accommodate the crowds. Nothing like trying to buy 3 items but having to wait in line behind several people buying an entire weeks worth of groceries. This store used to be convenient but not anymore. The kicker is I overheard a "Front End Coach" telling another customer who was unhappy about the line situation that they got rid of self-checkout to "bring back the customer service interactions." First the employees doing checkout always look pissed off and they don't want to talk to you or frankly be bothered to ring you up. Secondly, why are the Loss Prevention staff now wearing formal identification and there are more of them "guarding" the door. Let's be real, customers were probably stealing and that's why these changes were made, not for "bringing back customer service""

"I'm done. Live a quarter mile away. It used to be fast. Self checkouts closed, long lines. You put groceries in your cart, you put them in the belt to check out. You bag your own. Checkers are only 1/2 staffed, and slow. Mother may I have some Tylenol Sinus? Taking my business elsewhere."

"Don't like Walmart so much anymore. Prices should have gone down at Walmart we have to check ourselves out bag of stuff up pay for the bags and then they want to look at our receipts but people are still"

"Just wanted to give a review for the guy who normally works the grocery side self checkout, I think his name is Isaac if I read his tag right, I see him all the time since we're always at this store. But wanted to say every time I see this guy, he's super nice and helpful, but this time I was in self checkout and there was an older lady in an electronic buggy (I don't know what they're called) trying to checkout but wanted one of the drinks by the registers, and couldn't get to them with her cart. So Isaac stepped in and went through what drinks were there until she chose a Sprite, at which point he got it for her and finished helping her, then ran off to help the next customer with kindness. Not every employee there is friendly or willing to help you, so shout-out to Isaac, I hope management pays attention."
