"We went in between 6:00-6:15, the lady asked us if we needed help, we said we were just looking. She then proceeded to watch our every move and then around 6:30 she came up to us and rudely told us the store was closed and shooed us to the door. Mind you they close at 7:00. Overall very rude and unwelcoming."

"I went in to look at wedding dresses and I loved the look of the dresses! I was very excited to be here. Then the guy at the counter just ignored us the whole time, when we finally saw a lady we asked her if we could try on some dresses, and she looked at me like I was nuts. We were told it was by appointment only, even tho not another soul was in that store, and then I got grilled about whether I was even getting married or not. She never told us how to make an appointment, never asked if we wanted one, just stared at us until we left. Guess I won't be getting a dress here."

"Amazing prices! I was expecting the longer elegant dresses to be around 400 to 500 and no around 180-350 the more puffy ones yes but those are very understandable! The lady was very nice and helped me with my size and helped me get my dress! She made me feel very comfortable and made me super happy when I tried on my dress:) I will definitely be returning for my prom dress! Best dress store ever visited:)"

"Not the best. The store itself is large and has one of the biggest varieties of dresses available from what we have experienced. The owners were nice enough and attentive, however the quality of the dresses is questionable. We purchased a dress for around $150+ tax. The owner noticed that there were some threads loose and told us she would fix them. We left the store for awhile and came back after about 30 mins and the dress looked to be repaired. Went home and hung the dress up for two days and then, on the night of the event our daughter put the dress on and we immediately noticed that several areas on the dress were coming apart. The area that she sewed before we left was coming undone as were several folds in the back of the dress. At $150 this dress was one of the least expensive in the store. That being said it's still $150 and I'd expect better quality than what we received for that much money. We essentially had to rush to try to mend the areas the best we could before she left for the dance and I am no seamstress so it wasn't easy or pleasant. It might not have been a big deal if a small area was coming undone but the entire fold patterns on the top of the dress in the front AND the back were slowly coming apart. I would not purchase from here again."

"Went in, found 2 dresses for my daughter sweet 16, and we even found one for my youngest. The lady and guy were super helpful, and I feel we need to support them more in the springs. They measured my daughters in the front of the store, and would not allow my daughters to try on the custom dresses, which are for display only(referring to a previous post). However, all the other dresses, my girls could try on.The lady went out her way to find a similar dress to the custom one we wanted to buy so my daughter could try it on and compare also. Overall, we loved the customer service, and the dresses. We will be back next year for my youngest daughter!!"
