"Whatever you do, do not buy jewelry from Charlotte Russe! The jewelry is so EXTREMELY cheap here! You might think it's a good deal at the time, but they make it cheap in price because it's cheap items. I bought a necklace and a set of some hoops. The necklace fell apart so I went back to exchange it. And the small set of hoops that I bought with it being after I had already done the exchange. Also they won't even give you your money back when you want to return it. Must be cause they know how cheap it is. I bought my moms coat for Christmas here, hoping that doesn't fall apart too."

"Staff was not helpful or friendly. They did not greet myself and my daughter. They stared at us , and did not offer any assistance. Don't like the new crew. The old crew was nice, welcoming, and offered help and gave their name, told you about deals. These people suck, no customer service at all. Will not return, and will share with family, friends, and co-workers."

"Although some of their items are nice, this particular location I wanted to try on a pair of boots as the entire store was on sale. When I took the out of the box completely obvious the we're a return. Bottoms were worn and sides were scuffed. Loosing my taste for this company . The quality has truly dropped over the last three years."

Lines are never bad and the girls working are always sweet, and never fail to forget to tell you how much the items on the register are. "So after searching the store a few nights ago for an item in the window, i ask a rep where it is "oh we are currently out" so i ask to get the one on the display as its in my size "sorry that's for the display only". So i give up, figure I've never been here before so i check it out. Very cheep store, and frankly, you get what you pay for. I finally decide on two items from the discount racks, total cost $20. She rings up the total, over $50. So i stop and say those were from the discount rack, and i can, in fact, see the price stickers on them showing the new totals as they were on sale (more like clearance). So she has to go all her manager if it's ok to sell them at that price. Goes to ring up the new price and there's an extra 0 tacked on at the end, which after promptly being fixed i promptly chose to pay in cash as i was not letting them have a chance with my card. Prices aren't bad, selection isn't that bad, products are so - so. But staff wise? Never, ever, again."
