"The lady that was working (I believe the owner) was extremely rude. We were looking for dresses for my sister-in-law’s wedding. While she was waiting in line for the dressing room, the lady told her that the dress she was waiting to try on wouldn’t fit and that it was for people with a small waists and the lady tried to take the dress from her. I was bothered by this because those kind of comments are extremely inappropriate to make to a woman searching for a dress, especially for a wedding dress. (She proceeded to try on the dress anyways and it fit fine) Then the lady began yelling at girls that were waiting in line, telling them that if they’re shopping for homecoming they cannot try on long dresses and tried to take the dresses from them. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, as she was extremely rude to many people who were waiting in line to try on dresses and kept telling people what they could and could not try on. She was complaining that everyone was there too late (at 1pm) because she closes at 8 and had to stay until ten to re-rack dresses the night before."

"ZERO STARS! Just left here and the short Asian woman is so rude. She tells people they are too fat for dresses, complains that people are trying on dresses and talks bad about teens who come into the store to look for homecoming dresses. Her sign says 4 items but she was yelling at people to only bring two items and would not let them in if they had more then two. Do better “FT Casuals”."

"I bought a dress for my (future) DIL to wear instead of a formal wedding gown because they were tight on money, but because the store MANAGER didn't remove the security tag (it wasn't noticed until the day of the wedding) she couldn't. Thankfully she had something for back up! When I talked to the manager (days later) I explained what happened and asked for a refund since the dress was useless he said "Yea, Uh, it's store policy, no refunds." Nice guy."

"Honestly I have never been more disappointed in the customer service at a store. My friend and I walked in and asked to try on a few dresses for a military ball we were going to and he looked at us and told us we were wasting his time and we were not allowed to try on. I explained it was for the Military Ball and he proceeded to tell me I was lying and that I needed to leave. It was extremely disrespectful and rude. I will never go back to this place."

"They don't let you return anything for money back only store credit. I was unsure of a purchased a dress and asked if I could return it when I purchased it,was told yes you can as they took my money. Two weeks later their tune changed when I returned the dress, unused tags on and receipt in hand, store credit only. Now I have to double my budget for dress shopping for my son's wedding because of purchasing things I did not need or want at this time, because of store credit only. Oh and it only is 15 days to return not the standard 30. Will not shop there again."
