Sleepy Ridge Apartments and Townhomes 3024 Sleepy Ridge Avenue, Williston, ND 58801

"Buckle up, this is a wild ride. Used to be a great place til Princeton bought it out. I moved out of the apartments a long time ago, a few months after they bought it. The old managers really took care of that place and these new managers are just letting it rot. The garage door broke while living there and they left it broken, WITH MY CAR AND 3 OTHERS TRAPPED INSIDE OF IT, for 5 months without even attempting to contact the tenants whose vehicles were trapped, and just left it until someone finally threatened a lawsuit and then they got it fixed, but I drive past there and I see the garage door is broken again! So beware! We (us and the other tenants of the building) were about to go file a claim together against them until someone else threatened them. But they didn't reimburse us at all for the car/insurance payments that I still had to pay, to NOT use my car. One day, early on a Sunday morning, they had their whole corporate team come door-to-door, telling EVERYONE that they hadn't paid their rent that month. We fought it and refused to pay it again, and then magically a few days later, she "found" our check. But I feel bad for those who paid twice. And 2 more times after that, they tried claiming that we didn't pay rent and we fought it every time until they would find our "mysteriously misplaced" check. On top of that, the townhomes and apartments have mold problems and the managers will NOT help your family if you get sick from it. There was a different tenant letting her dog poop all over the indoor&outdoor parking lot and the maintenance team never picked it up unless someone called it in. Lexi, the manager (when I lived there), talks bad about every tenant there, specifically the KIDS, and says she wants to get rid of the park to make the kids leave. The place is simply just dirty and nasty. Someone dumped a fish tank down the elevator and there's stinky fish skeletons down in the cracks. People let their dogs go potty wherever. There's a gnat infestation somewhere and they would always come up through our walls in the summers. Our AC broke numerous times and maintenance would never fix it, they'd just replace the filter and call it good, even though it was leaking all over our floors. Our sink got backed up several times from faulty plumbing, and our bathtub and shower never had hot water no matter how many times we called it in. Please, just save yourself the headaches and health risks and don't rent from here, or any other Princeton property."
