Best Western Plus Williston Hotel & Suites

"This is where my company housed me for my stay. I have a king suite that has a small kitchen. It was nice since eating out in Williston can get expensive. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean."

"First night got to our room smells like someone chain smoked in it. We went down to the front desk to see if there was a way we could switch rooms but were all booked up. So I had to clean our the best I could myself. Next morning went down to see if we could have it cleaned. Cleaning staff came up to the room and said they could smell the room from out side the door. They cleaned it to the best of there ability. 3rd day we have had enough mom,dad,son and 6 month old baby all sick from the smell of smoke!! They finally moved us for our next 2 nights and room was much better. We are still trying to get ahold of management but still nothing!! This room should have been put on a do not rent list until professionally cleaned!"

"Well , A guy from room service every morning at 8am. Was knocking on doors at 8am every morning and walking in on people, he could not speak English. This is not right, they should know who has checked out. (11am check out). We were there for 3 nights, he did this every morning. We took turns going for breakfast so he would not come into our room. ( shady , I did not trust him). We spent 3 days going to the Williston recreation complex ARC. (Awsome place). One afternoon I took my daughter and grand daughter back to the room foe a nap only to find the two fire trucks at the hotel. Walked in nobody at door to let us know what was going on, elevator shut down , which it should be. Walked up to second floor to find very smoky and about 7 fire fighters and fans running. I asked if we could go to our rooms, they said yes. Well I said my daughters room is right across from the room that was on fire. They said there is no longer a fire. Ok. ( we were told the following by another guest) So we hear that the cleaning staff had put a mattress against the hot plate and accidentally turned on the burner, then left the room. We were told the the fire alarms did not go off. I would stay elsewhere in the future."
