Ramada by Wyndham Williston

"This hotel needs to be remodeled terribly. The carpets from the lobby throughout are stained, the linens are stained from possibly bleach and who knows what, the tv’s are small, the walls need to be patched and painted, etc"

"it is very obvious this Ramada By Wyndham is under new management. I was around to experience the replaced management , if you can even call what was “management “ considering the mess they left. I went home for two weeks and when I returned it was like walking into a total different Motel . It was clean , people where around and working getting things done, and most importantly the vibe was warm and friendly . The location on the out skirts of Williston is nice and quiet with a country feel. For the short period of time this new management has been here they have created the start of a Motel that will be around for a long time."

"The "free breakfast " is only coffee, juice, a bagel or wrapped blueberry muffin. No other foods. There are 4 tables, one has no chairs. The walls are badly in need of paint. The entrance has a small step---- Not wheelchair accessible! Maybe I'm spoiled but there's no coffee maker in the room and no drink vending machine on the premises. The outside looks new. The inside looks like there's been a repossession. It's cheap for a reason. I expected more of the "Ramada and Wyndham" names."

"This place is definitely a rip off. Booked a room for 3 nights. When I went to check in I gave the person at the desk my confirmation number and a printout of the email confirmation I received. After some checking, he came back with a reply that I needed a 4 digit pin number. I explained that I was never given a pin number. If it was needed it should have been listed on the email confirmation. Everything else was on there. The person at the desk did absolutely nothing to try remedy the problem or help me out. Just continued telling me I needed a pin number and said nothing else. I explained that I never received one but he would just look at me like he didn't comprehend what I was saying or simply just didn't care. Needless to say I never got my rooms! Which were supposed to be nonrefundable. Should I get charged for these, I will definately dispute the charges with my credit card company. Never have I ever booked a room where I needed a pin number. My confirmation number and printout should have been more than sufficient to check in. I really wonder if this isn't some kind of a scam they're trying run. The rooms are cheap, but for your own good, DO NOT book a room here!"

"I booked a room through a 3rd app and accidentally made a mistake on the dates. I immediately tried to change the dates (like within minutes) and they refused! They are going to charge me for a full nights stay even though I won’t be there. Buyer beware this place will rip you off. No helpful customer service. I’m sure if the situation were reversed they would appreciate kindness over a fast buck! I’d even pay a reasonable change fee not a full nights stay."
