"Drop off and pickup point is OK and the lobby is nice although staff can be rude sometimes, must depend on the day I guess. But after moving from the lobby to your room you find the room itself is mediocre at best and the view is just as good so you just keep the curtains closed unless your lucky enough to get one of the few rooms that view the baseball fields so you can watch people picking up or not picking up their dogs poop as the walk their pets there."

"I’ve stayed at many hotels in the Williston area and this hotel is the best bang for your buck while still offering a quality experience. The rooms are clean and everything works properly, they have a great breakfast, but more importantly the service is the best. They are very kind people and their staff is willing to work with you and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a good one. I will be staying at this hotel regularly for business moving forward."

"When I booked this place, it was saying that they have Airport Shuttle, than before I flew to that town I called in and asked the front desk to pick me up, she said the Van is in the shop/ out of service, then later on that day when I got there I seen Lady their employee drove in then out on their Hotel name Shuttle, so I figured the Van was not in the shop, they were driving it, so they lied to me. Also, when I was checking in, I had to wait about 45 minutes until Lady showed up with a guy to check me in, The room was ok, and Breakfast was actually good."

"Dog friendly hotel. Nice staff. Was aggravated by being charged a $15 pet fee daily considering no mess by my service dog 7 day stay and no maid service used. Day shift said I would receive an adjustment on my bill night shift resigned on that. First room was very small and tv was poor. Second room was much better but bathroom doorway had been chewed up by previous occupants dog. Rating is due to the failure to adjust bill. Nice enough but not atypical for the brand"

"We had a large family gathering and I mean LARGE, they gave us the entire conference room to accommodate us, we even had a band practice there, they were very nice to put up with such a large gathering. We had a wonderful time. The breakfast was good. They even kept it open late so we could ensure everyone ate. Can’t rate the pool because it was still being renovated. So that review will remain neutral next time we will rate the pool. There was a splash pad and several parks nearby. The office staff was friendly, kind and worked hard to ensure we were happy. We left an important toy for a toddler and they even sent it to our home. We lost a wallet and although they did not find it they followed up, it takes a lot to care! I will always have fond memories of this place."
