Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williston, an IHG Hotel

"The breakfast room was dirty. Hardly any food and what was there was not cooked correctly. I will never stay there again. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told no management works on the weekends."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Had my key ready for me when I check in. Very clean hotel. Went to my room and everything was so nice and clean and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed the pool and in the morning we went down to eat breakfast everything was very good with lots to choose from. When leaving the hotel we had asked what was something to do around Williston Area and the Manager Carolyn was very helpful. We will definitely will come back to this hotel on our way back home."

"If you’re in town for work or vacation the Holiday Inn express and suites is definitely where you wanna stay! They have a great breakfast every morning and the hotel is also close to Walmart and other restaurants. The rooms are always super clean and cozy. The manager Carolyn is amazing she was very helpful with anything I needed. So if your in Williston you should definitely pick the Holiday Inn express and suites as your hotel."

"I was charged twice for my room. I asked the front deck manger about this. She just shrugged and said "Do you wanna stay here or not.....". We stayed, I called the hotel manager the next day and she tried to help but said there was nothing she could do. It took 3-4 days of phone calls and emails to be reimbursed (the smaller ) of the 2 charges. I was never given an explanation for any of it."
