"I came in to get yarn and I wasn't super impressed with the selection.. but the store felt very messy and not very clean..it doesnt look very well stocked at all but its alright for what it is. Plus, I was looking through a crochet magazine and one of the pages was torn out.. the staff dont seem to really care whatsoever as to what happens in the store and dont seem to notice at all. As if right now hobby lobby has been the best selection for yarn of the craft stores I've been too."

"I went to Joann’s today to pick up some Diamond Art crafts. Upon entering the store I went to wash my hands. The restrooms are locked and the keys are kept at the register. Before I could even step foot inside the bathroom I was hit with a powerful smell of urine!! The stench was so strong I began to gag. My question is how is this even ok?? How is this acceptable for employees to have to use this restroom while at work?? Definitely better deals at Michael’s."

"I’ve been there twice recently and both times they were severely understaffed. Long line and no one at the cash register today, again. So disappointing. I just needed a spool of thread and don’t patronize Hobby Lobby."

"Pretty disappointed in the order online to pick up in stores. They actually thought it was okay to give me two bottles of paint that had clearly been partially opened and spilled all over the bottles. Both bottles had their seals broken and it had obviously spilled prior to being given to me...as it was given to me in a clean, tied Joann's bag. My fault for not checking the bag before getting home. Wish this location was closer to me so that I can try to return it, but the staff on the phone made me feel it wasn't worth my time, and it is a paint that appears hard to find. Great reminder, check before you walk out or they will try to screw you over."
